How ordering works
We keep payment deliberately separate from browsing. You add what you want to the cart, then give us your full name, phone number and complete shipping address at checkout. Nothing is charged at that point — no card numbers are ever entered on this website.
- 01You submit the order and receive an on-screen confirmation with an order reference.
- 02Our team verifies stock, address and shipping cost, then emails or texts a single-use secure payment link.
- 03Once payment clears, the order is packed, insured and dispatched with tracking.
Treat any message asking for payment that does not come from info@regalstore.shop or +1 8644100856 as fraudulent. We will never ask for your card PIN, password or a gift card.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind? Return any unopened item within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items are accepted within 14 days provided they are complete and undamaged. Every product carries a one-year manufacturer warranty, handled by us rather than the manufacturer so you are never stuck in the middle.
